Membership Rewards

 

Enrollment in the Membership Rewards Program is automatic when you place your first order on our website. Your membership level is determined by the number of points you earn and their benefits are explained further below.

Your membership continues to be active for as long as you remain a customer. There is nothing to renew and no membership fees to pay.

Loyalty points will be awarded on every order you place with us. You will earn appromixmately 1 point for every dollar spent, rounded to the nearest dollar. For example a product purchased for $2.39 would earn you 2 points, while a product purchased for $2.79 would earn you 3 points. On occasion we will also run promotions which would allow you to earn double of even triple points on your purchase.

You will receive a loyalty points statement after every purchase you place on our website. You may also check your loyalty points balance by logging into your account and clicking on the "My Rewards" link. If at any time you have a question on your total points please contact us.

Loyalty points can be used on the purchase of product or gift certificates by logging into your account and clicking on "Redeem" within the "My Rewards" section of your account information page. The types of products and loyalty points necessary may vary, so check back often to see what is currently available.

Discounts are easy to earn with our rewards program. Once your points earned reach the appropriate level you will qualify with the associated discount on all of your future purchases with us. Please refer to the chart below to determine your Membership Tier and the discount you qualify for.

Once you have reached a particular membership tier you will remain at or above that level regardless of the amount of points you redeem. Total points are determined by the number of points you have earned and not what your current balance may be at any particular time.

 

Accounts are reviewed on a weekly basis for promotion to the next Membership Tier. If you have reached the next tier before we have reviewed your account and wish to place an order immediately, please send us an email so that we can make the adjustment to your account right away.

All retail customers (consumers) are eligible for the Membership Rewards Program. Wholesale customers and Distributors are not eligible for additional discounts, but will earn points that can be redeemed for products just like our retail customers.
