The conditions set forth in our policy are not meant to discourage your creativity, but rather they exist to protect our copyrights. If you have any questions regarding our policies, please contact us!
Crafter's Companions' designs are meant for personal, non-commercial use. We do allow all of our designs (Beatrix Potter artwork subject to it's own policy below) to be incorporated into your original creations of one-of-a-kind cards or gifts for resale if they are hand-stamped.
Permission is granted for use of all of our designs if the following conditions are met: Each item must be hand-stamped. Mechanical, electronic, digital, or any other form of reproduction other than hand-stamping is not allowed without written permission from Crafter's Companion.
Beatrix Potter Fair Usage Policy (Angel Policy)
Our range of Beatrix Potter™ craft products have been designed for crafters to be used for making cards and other paper-based crafts. All of the Beatrix Potter™ products produced by Crafter’s Companion are copyrighted or licensed to Crafter’s Companion. All the elements available in our range come under our Fair Usage Policy. We want you to get the most value out of our range so give you permission to use our products for creating personal and resalable items as long as:
- Items are crafted by hand (no mechanical or computerized reproduction in any form is permitted)
- Items are sold to raise funds for local establishments (e.g. local schools, hospitals, community centers), or for registered charities
- Items are not sold for large-scale commercial gain (i.e. no more than 200 sold in any 12-month period)
- Items are not promoted or sold online at any time
- Items are not promoted or sold through retail outlets at any time
- Items sold give credit to Crafter’s Companion on the back
- Designs are not used as company logos, trademarks, or personal stationery

Humphrey's Corner Fair Usage Policy (Angel Policy)
Crafter’s Companion’s range of Humphrey’s Corner craft products have been designed for crafters to be used for making cards and other paper-based crafts. All of the Humphrey’s Corner products produced by Crafter’s Companion are created using original artwork licensed to Crafter’s Companion. All the elements available in the range come under this Fair Usage Policy. Crafter’s Companion and the Licensing company want you to get the most value out of the range so give you permission to use the products for creating personal and resalable items as long as:
- Items are crafted by hand (no mechanical reproduction in any form is permitted)

| We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order and may also cause the order to be declined by your bank. Your credit card will be billed when you place your order. Out of stock items, shipping adjustments or other credits and charges will be applied when your order is shipped. A final invoice will be included with your order which will reflect all final charges/credits. |

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. To place your order and pay by check or money order please give us a call at 1-800-399-5035 so that we can provide you with the correct total amount to send in. | For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

Out of stock products will be credited to the card you used for the order. These items will not be shipped to you when they come back into stock and should be re-ordered. If you would like an estimate on when the item will return to stock or would like to place an order for those specific items to ship when they become available please give us a call at 1-800-399-5035.
You may also be presented with the option to hold your entire order until the item is received and available to ship. You have the right to cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. |

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please let us know of your intention to return the product by calling us at 1-800-399-5035 or by completing a Return Authorization, so that we may process the credit as quickly as possible. |

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 12:00PM EST will ship by the following business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 12:00 PM will ship within 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive and are not responsible for delays incurred by the shipping carrier. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the states of Florida and California. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales or other taxes.
If you are purchasing the items from our website for the purpose of Resale (i.e. wholesale customers), we require a resale license to remove any taxes levied by the State of Florida and California.
All international orders may be subject to import taxes and duties. Crafter's Companion is not responsible for duties or any form of import taxes levied by your government, shipping carrier or other entity. | In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |
