Welcome Sunday International Customers

Hello and welcome to the Crafter's Companion website! If you've come to find our site through an email you received, from a link provided from the previous Sunday International website or you've just managed to find us on your own we want to fill you in on the big news and how it may affect you as a previous Sunday International customer.
 
We'd first like to explain what has transpired up to this point and then further down below we have tried to give you some additional details as it may pertain to your particular account type. Sunday International is acquired by CC International, LLC (operating as Crafter's Companion)
On July 16th, 2011, CC International, LLC completed the purchase of Sunday International. This deal was very beneficial to both companies as each sought to expand their presence in the current marketplace. Each company has a unique set of products, services and capabilities that compliment each other in a very favorable way.

Sunday International began their journey into the craft industry about 15 years ago with the introduction of its first rubber stamp line called Anthony & Burt. A story about two unlikely friends; a frog and a fly, this range of product propelled the company head first into the industry. Using their knowledge of over 20 years in manufacturing they sought to bring about a system of unmounted rubber stamping that would change the industry forever. They were successful in this mission with the innovation of EZMount Static Cling Mounting Cushion. Prior to this product, unmounted rubber stamps needed to be affixed to an acrylic block using cling vinyl, temporary adhesives or even hook and loop tape. Each of these prior systems were not totally effective in providing a permanent solution for using unmounted rubber. EZMount changed all that with a foam base modeled directly after the foam cushion used in mounting rubber stamps to a wood block. The adhesive on one side of the EZMount foam cushion sticks directly to the rubber stamp permanently, while the other side of the foam cushion; traditionally coated with adhesive to attach to a wood block, was now replaced with a super smooth cling side so that it would attach temporarily to an acrylic block. Subsequent products were developed to use and store these new EZMount Stamps and Sunday International became a leading manufacturer and retailer in the industry. Over the years there have been attempts to copy or replace the EZMount System, but none have ever come close in replicating its success or functionality.

Our challenge in melding the strengths of each company were solved with a split in services that will allow the company to grow quickly over the next few years to meet a demand for quality products, superior service and cutting edge innovations in manufacturing. To accomplish these goals, the decision was made in early November to close down the current Sunday International website and add the product line into our widely successful Crafter's Companion Website. This change will allow our customers to order any of the products we manufacture together to take advantage of our free shipping offers and promotions, as well as streamline the way we communicate information about our products and services. For our retail customers it means that you are able to take advantage of our very popular Customer Loyalty Program. If you were a previous member of Sunday International's paid membership program you'll want to read about how our new program will affect you. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at your new benefits! Wholesale customers will also be very happy to know that they can begin earning loyalty points, qualify for our free shipping programs and order all of the product together as well. Specific information on how the new change will affect you is detailed below based on your account type. Be sure to take a minute to read the information so you don't miss out on any benefits you may be entitled to!

As some of you may also be aware, Sunday International is a leading manufacturer of stamps in the EZMount System for other companies as well. For this reason, we have decided to split off this portion of services into our new custom manufacturing division we are now calling StampWorkz. StampWorkz will be committed to the same exceptional service provided previously by Sunday International and plans to expand its offering of services over the coming months. We currently offer manufacture of rubber stamps, packaging, film lamination, die-cutting and private labeling to the trade. How does the new change affect you?
As a previous customer of Sunday International you may have been categorized in one of the following ways:
  1. Wholesale Customer - As a wholesale customer you operate either an Internet E-commerce store or a physical brick and mortar store. You bought products from Sunday International or currently from Crafter's Companion and resell these products to consumers.
  2. Demonstrator/Teacher - As a demonstrator or teacher you either purchased products with the intention of reselling them to customers through workshops or you are an educator to children in either private or public schools.
  3. Membership Rewards Customer - As a membership rewards customer you purchased a membership card from Sunday International. The membership card entitled you to a 10% discount as well as points earned on each purchase. Products purchased are used by you personally and are not re-sold.
  4. Regular Consumer/Retail Customer - As a consumer of products you neither purchased a membership card nor plan on reselling product. Product is purchased for your personal use.
In an effort to make the transition as easy as possible we have already uploaded all of the existing customer information from Sunday International into the Crafter's Companion website. In some cases you may have been both a customer of Sunday International and a customer of Crafter's Companion. We apologize in advance if address information for example was changed incorrectly. We made every attempt to keep the most current information, but in transferring the database of nearly 15 years of customer files there is bound to be some outdated information.

To understand how these changes affect you, please view the appropriate section below based on your customer type.

Wholesale Customers
As a wholesale customer of Sunday International, your information has automatically been updated into our system online here at Crafter's Companion. All of the products we have available on our website are available to our wholesale customer accounts. This includes all product previously manufactured by Sunday International, product manufactured by Crafter's Companion as well as all of the other accessories we carry including ink pads, chalks, adhesives and more.

To access your account please visit the login page and enter your email address and the temporary password we've setup for you "CC2011". All pricing will show up to include your wholesale discount after you log in.

If you were already a customer of Crafter's Companion and were also a customer of Sunday International your password may have been reset to "CC2011" as well. Please use this temporary password to log in and then change it to one of your choosing.

To change your password after logging in click on "Update Address" from your account information page. This will be displayed immediately after you've logged in. To get back to the account page at any time click on "My Account" located near the top of every page. Please be sure to double check the address information, contact names and phone number we have on file for you to insure their accuracy.

Please note: For security purposes, our system does not store or record credit card information. This will be entered each time you place an order with us.

Loyalty Points do apply to your account. Yes, you heard right...Loyalty points will be earned on every order you place with us, just like our retail accounts. You can use these points to get free products for use in your in-store classes, as giveaways or maybe even to keep for yourself. In addition to loyalty points your store will also be eligible for Free Shipping to a U.S. address on all orders placed over $300.00 (sorry, Alaska & Hawaii excluded).

Demonstrator/Teacher Accounts
As a consultant of products for Stampin' Up, a demonstrator for your local store or even as a teacher at a public school, you are entitled to a discount. We've offered a similar program here at Crafter's Companion to that offered by Sunday International, but we have the additional benefit of the ability to earn Loyalty Points just like all of our other accounts. In some cases we also offer additional specials or savings and your discount may or may not be applied to those special prices as well. Be sure to login to your account to see specific pricing on each item or bundle. Your account information has already been transferred from the Sunday International site here.

To access your account please visit the login page and enter your email address and the temporary password we've setup for you "CC2011". All pricing will show up to include your demonstrator/Teacher discount after you log in.

To change your password after logging in click on "Update Address" from your account information page. This will be displayed immediately after you've logged in. Membership Rewards Customers
As a previous Sunday International Membership Rewards Customer, you had paid for a membership card to take advantage of a 10% discount on every order you placed with them. You had also earned points on every purchase you made. You'll notice that the Membership Rewards Program that we offer here at Crafter's Companion is fairly similar, but with a few more perks as you purchase products and continue as a loyal customer. In consideration of the fact that you paid for a membership card with Sunday International and the fact that you've been a part of their program already, we are pleased to offer you Gold Membership Status here at Crafter's Companion. What does this mean? Gold Membership Status means you will now save 15% on every order you place with us vs. the 10% discount you had enjoyed with Sunday International. You still have the ability to earn Platinum Membership Status in the future in order to achieve the Ultimate Status in earning 20% off every purchase. This status will be awarded when you reach 1500 points with us.

Speaking of points, we would like to give you the one-time opportunity to add your previous points with Sunday International to your new account with Crafter's Companion. To make this happen, we need to hear from you by December 31st, 2011! You need to either give us a call at 1-800-399-5035 or send us a message through our contact form to have us look up your account and add the points into your account OR place an order online with us during December and put in the comments section "Please update my points from Sunday International". Copy and paste this phrase if you'd like.

We have already transferred all of your previous account information into our system, but you will want to double check the information we have on file for you to make sure it is up to date and accurate.

All other Retail Customer Accounts
If you've ever placed an order with Sunday International online in the past we have also added your account information to our system. As a regular retail customer account you have never paid for a Membership Card and don't resell our products to other people.

But...We don't want to neglect you as a previous customer of Sunday International. So, we are offering you the chance to be automatically upgraded to Silver Membership Status. What does this mean? This means you will receive a 10% discount on every purchase you make with Crafter's Companion. But you need to act before the end of the year to take advantage of this offer. Simply place an order of any amount on this website to secure your Silver Membership Status and you'll continue to receive the 10% discount on all future purchases and earn points on your orders that you can redeem for gift certificates and products.

Be Sure you are signed up to receive our Newsletter
As a past Sunday International customer we want you to stay informed and up to date on new products, specials and special announcements. And just because we have added you to our customer database on this website does not necessarily mean you are signed up to receive our newsletters. Please take a quick moment to fill in your email address below and submit it to us. You'll also want to add "newsletters@crafterscompanion.com" to your safe senders list in your email program to insure you actually receive communications from us. You should expect to see 2-4 emails from each month depending on how many new releases we have, specials we offer, etc. If you have not received any newsletters from us in the last 30 days then you are either not signed up to receive our newsletter or your junk mail settings are blocking communication from us.
