Wholesale Information


Do you qualify?
To qualify for wholesale purchasing of our products you need to operate your own retail craft business. This includes a brick and morter store that sells to consumers or an online internet website that sells directly to consumers. You must also hold a valid business license and in most states a resellers permit issued by the state you do business in.
Minimum Order Requirements
You must place an initial order of $100.00 and re-orders of the same amount to order at wholesale pricing. Orders below this amount will not be accepted and/or charged at regular retail pricing. We do not have per piece minimums (i.e. a requirement to buy 2 of each stamp).
International Retailers
Our products are sold worldwide, although this website and company are located within the United States and products are fulfilled through our manufacturing and distribution facility in Anaheim, CA. Our primary sales area is North America. If you are located outside of North America you may consider registering an account with our parent company in the United Kingdom (www.crafterscompanion.co.uk). Many of the proprietary products we sell on this website (i.e. The Ultimate Crafter's Companion, Enveloper and Topscore boards) have been designed for use with imperial measurements (inches) and therefore are suited for the U.S. market, while these same products available from our website in the U.K. are designed for use with metric measurements (centimeters).
We are also comfortable in shipping your orders to a chosen freight forwarder here in the U.S. or in using a carrier of your choosing as long as you arrange for the pickup and have an existing account with them.
Shipping Charges
Wholesale orders are normally shipped via UPS Ground within the United States (excluding AK & HI). Shipping is calculated and charged as closely as possible to actual freight rates incurred. We currently offer Free Shipping on all wholesale orders shipped with the United States over $400.00, excluding Alaska & Hawaii. All International Orders are charged freight based upon weight and destination. If you are concerned about specific shipping charges that may be quoted on the website when checking out online, you are encouraged to call us Toll Free at 1-800-399-5035 to place your order over the phone and get a precise freight rate. 
Setting up a Wholesale Account
To setup your account simply register on our website to request a wholesale account. You may do so by Clicking Here!
After the completing the form online, it will be sent to a member of our team for approval. You may be asked for additional information to confirm your qualifications for the account. To expedite the process you may also send us a copy of your business license and resale certificate by email so that we do not have to ask you for the information later.
Once your account has been reviewed and approved, you will receive notification by email letting you know that you are ready to begin ordering!
Wholesale Bundles & Special Offers
After your account has been approved and you are logged in online you should see a new category appear above the rest entitled "Wholesale Bundles". The page contains our latest special offers, CHA offers if applicable and other wholesale packages that we put together for our wholesale accounts to save you money. These offers change frequently based on new product launches, show schedules and the time of year, so check back often to see what's new.
