Cosmic Shimmer Intense Pigment Stain Citrus Lime 19ml

Intense Pigment Stains are a high strength, water-based dye ink, which can be added to many craft mediums to add colour, try adding it to Embossing Paste, or turn glue into a paint.  Use it neat to colour with and add water to dilute the intensity.

Blotted Crystal Technique – Add some Cosmic Shimmer Clear Varnish Lacquer on to acetate and move it around for full coverage. Add some dots of your choice of Intense Pigment Stains, mix the colours with your finger spreading them all over the acetate. Take a wadded tissue and dab lightly onto the acetate – you will remove most of the colour, but it will give you that splotchy effect or you can leave it as it is for a more intense and smoother colour. You can spray with an aerosol glue or add Cosmic Shimmer dries clear glue on the edges and glue it to your card while it is still wet.
