If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Crafter’s Companion product you purchased from our website or one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Crafter’s Companion 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
Please note that this Guarantee does not cover Gemini® die cutting and embossing machines, which are covered by the Gemini® Limited Warranty available here.
How To Claim The Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please call one of our experts at (+1)800.399.5035 and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. Please note that you will need to provide a picture of your Crafter’s Companion product and proof of purchase. You must submit your Guarantee request within sixty (60) days of the date of purchase. If your request is approved, depending on the situation, you may also be required to return your product to Crafter’s Companion. If you are required to return the product to Crafter’s Companion, a member of our customer service team will work with you to facilitate the return at no cost to you.
Crafter’s Companion reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the Crafter’s Companion 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
