CC International LLC dba Crafter’s Companion (“Crafter’s Companion”) warrants to the original consumer purchaser that its Gemini® die cutting and embossing machines will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary use for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. Because Crafter’s Companion cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this limited warranty applies only to Gemini machines that were purchased from Crafter’s Companion or a Crafter’s Companion authorized seller, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Crafter’s Companion reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for machines purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. This limited warranty does not cover any defects due to commercial use, damage due to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external causes, alterations to the machine, repair, or negligence.

Crafter’s Companion will, at its option either (i) repair the machine using either new or refurbished parts, (ii) replace the machine with a new or refurbished machine that is equivalent to the machine to be replaced, or (iii) refund all or part of the purchase price of the machine. All replaced parts and machines for which a refund is given shall become the property of Crafter’s Companion.

Purchasers of a Gemini machine who wish to make a warranty claim based upon a manufacturing defect should contact Crafter’s Companion at (+1)800.399.5035.  Please note that you will be required to provide a description of any claimed failure or defect, and a dated proof of purchase from Crafter’s Companion or the Crafter’s Companion authorized seller from which the machine was purchased to verify warranty eligibility. If your request is approved, you may then need to mail your machine, a proof of purchase, and your warranty return authorization number to:

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein.  Any implied warranties that may be applicable to products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.  Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.  Under no circumstances shall Crafter’s Companion be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract or strict liability.  Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
