Tutorial: Lucky Photo Wallet

Photo wallets can be fun gifts to give your friends and family! Lori has a step by step tutorial for you here to make your own. These could be made for any occasion even invitations!

Crafter’s Companion Supplies:

Other Supplies:Black Ink Pad, Patterned Cardstock, Coloured Cardstock, Circle Punches or Dies

Sequins and Dimensional Foam Adhesive

Let’s begin!

Pic 1 Watermarked
Step 1: Cut one 4” x 11” piece of patterned cardstock. Score at 1 ¾”, 2”, 5” and 8”. This will be the wallet.

Pic 2 Watermarked
Step 2: Stamp sentiment on inside flap area (as shown). Crease and burnish score lines.

Pic 3 Watermarked
Step 3: Cut three 2 ¾” x 7 ½” pieces of solid colour cardstock. Score at 3 ¾”. Crease and burnish score lines. These cards will be adhered on the inside of the wallet.

Pic 4 Watermarked
Step 4: Cut three 2 ½” x 3 ½” pieces of patterned cardstock and three 2” x 3” pieces of white cardstock. Stamp sentiments on white panels, then adhere to patterned panels.

Pic 5 Watermarked
Step 5: Apply ink, only to the shamrock of the large bunny image, and stamp on patterned cardstock. Repeat until you have 9 stamped shamrocks, then cut out and adhere sequins to centre of each. Set aside to dry.

Pic 6 Watermarked
Step 6: Cut three 2 ½” x 3 ½” pieces of green shimmer cardstock, then adhere desired photos to each panel. Adhere all sentiment and photo panels to the inside of cards from step 3, then adhere inside of the wallet. Adhere shamrocks, as desired.

Step 7: Die-cut Cherish die from black shimmer cardstock. Trim apart each word.

Pic 8 Watermarked
Step 8: Cut three ¼” x 2 ¾” strips of green shimmer cardstock. Adhere to card fronts. Adhere shamrocks and die-cut words.

Pic 9 Watermarked
Step 9: Cut one 1” x 7” strip of green shimmer cardstock. This will be the wallet belly band. Apply adhesive to one end.

Pic 10 Watermarked
Step 10: Wrap belly band around wallet and secure in place.

Pic 11 Waterrmarked
Step 11: Punch or die-cut three circles for layering, and adhere together. Adhere shamrocks on top. Attach to belly band with dimensional foam adhesive.
