Crafter’s Companion has done it again! Our multi-award winning company has added another another trophy to its cabinet in the form of the Merchandising Excellence award in the Home category at HSN’s Vendor of the Year Awards, and we’ve got all our wonderful customers to thank.
This award celebrates HSN’s associates that go above and beyond for the network and its customers, so after being partnered with the TV shopping channel for more than 11 years, we’re highly honoured to receive this accolade. We were selected from hundreds of HSN’s partners across a range of sectors including food, clothing, accessories and more!
Crafter’s Companion was hailed for its dedication to HSN and its customers, in addition to supporting the network with engaging and insightful on-air presentations, fostering a community of avid fans with interaction on social media platforms, comprehensive magazines, video content and crafty project blog posts. So without all of your amazing support over the years, as well as on our new website, shopping channel move and Facebook Lives, we wouldn’t have received this award!
Sara said: “We work very closely with HSN’s buying team to ensure that our products and demonstrations are as exciting, educational and as inspirational as possible. We put a great deal of work into engaging the customer, both on and off air, and in walking them through the many exciting things that they can do with our products, which I think really sets us apart from other vendors in this category. This encompasses everything from our e-brochures, the way the product is displayed on screen and how we explain different functions and techniques through finished samples, in addition to promotions on our social media sites, all of which we support HSN with on a regular basis.
