We’re back with a fabulous festive issue of Crafter’s Inspiration to warm the cockles! I know I say it every year, but I have no idea where 2019 has gone. I’m a big kid during the run-up to Christmas, I’m so excited for lots of cosy Christmas crafting to make lots of gifts!

This issue’s craft kit is full of festive treats to help you kick-start your Christmas crafting in style. We’ve gone all-out to bring you a fabulous Snowflake Bauble die set, which comprises a decorative aperture die, an outline bauble shape and two holly shapes to co-ordinate with this issue’s stunning stamp set. This set is so versatile, as you will see from the fabulous projects inside this special seasonal addition – the creative possibilities are endless! Our amazing designers have created an exclusive 22-piece layering stamp set featuring beautiful flourishes, as well as snowflakes and co-ordinating sentiments.

I’m thrilled that we also have a fantastic Festive Medley embossing folder for you, which is a combination of cool Christmas borders – use the panel as a standalone design or cut into it to create borders and frames. You’ll also see that we have a huge range of Christmas collections on your papercraft CD- ROM, nine to be specific! This includes papers and elements from the popular Nature’s Garden Poinsettia Perfection collection and over 125 digi stamps to colour and experiment with! I’m always amazed to see what the talented Design Team create with the collections on our CD, and this issue is no exception. My favourite has to be Pauline Bird’s stunning off-the-page projects made using the Winter’s Tale collection, which you can see on our cover!

The team have pushed the boat out to bring you lots of new techniques, follow Fiona Clayton’s step-by-step guide to mixed-media techniques. We show you to use your craft kit to create seasonal shaker cards and if you fancy making non-Christmas cards, we have a cool selection of cards for winter birthdays made by Christine Smith.

Happy crafting!
