Transferring your account

If you were a customer of our old (US) website, we understand that accessing your customer account for the first time on our shiny new site can be confusing, so we’ve put together this helpful guide to get you started. Simply follow the below steps, and you’ll be able to access everything in no time.

  1. Go to our website (
  2. Click on Register/Login

3. Click ‘Create a new password’

4. Enter your email address and the Captcha information, and select ‘Reset my password’

5. We will send you an email with a link to reset your password (don’t forget to check your Junk Mail folder!)

If you then email our customer services team on, we will make sure you receive your correct level of discount on this and all future orders.

Please note that we are currently in the process of ensuring that all points balances have been transferred, and expect to complete this over the next week.
