Points will be reset in January of each calendar year.

Bronze

• If you end the year with more than 250 points but less than 500, you will retain your Bronze membership for the following year and your points will be reset to zero.
• If you end the year with less than 250 points you will remain at Bronze and your points will be set to zero.

Silver

• If you end the year with more than 500 points but less than 750, you will retain your Silver membership for the following year and your points will be reset to zero.
• If you end the year with less than 500 points you will drop to Bronze and your points will be reset to zero

Gold

• If you end the year with more than 750 points but less than 1500, you will retain your Gold membership for the following year and your points will be reset to zero.
• If you end the year with less than 750 points you will drop to Silver and your points will be reset to zero.  

Platinum

• If you end the year with more than 1500 points you will retain your Platinum membership for the following year but we will only remove 1500 points and you keep the remainder.
• If you end the year with less than 1500 points you will drop to Gold and your points will be reset to zero.
