Q I'm just getting started organizing my craft room. Where should I begin?

A First of all, yay you! Organizing your craft supplies will help with your creativity in ways you don't even understand. So to get started, first you should decide what kind of crafter you are. This will give you a better idea of which types of storage options you should be focusing on. Now that you know what type of crafter you are, you can plan your organization to best fit how you craft. Next, sign up for the FREE step-by-step class we offer called the Get Organized Challenge. Q Is there a Totally-Tiffany store I can visit?

Q Are there any local scrapbooking stores that carry your products?

A There are some small scrapbooking stores around the country that carry some of our products. If your favorite store doesn't have what you're looking for, please tell them that you would like to find more Totally-Tiffany products on their shelves! They can contact us at CustomerService@Totally-Tiffany.com or call 1-253-284-9200 to see about opening a wholesale account.

Q Where can I find Totally-Tiffany products outside of the US?

A You can purchase the full Totally-Tiffany range at Crafter's Companion. Currently our products aren't available on store shelves outside of the US (we're working on it!). Scrapbook.com also offers almost all of the Totally-Tiffany and ScrapRack productse.

Q When is the next HSN 24-hour Craft Day?

A Tiffany makes regular appearances on HSN 24-hour Craft Days, often to introduce new products and offer exclusive deals. To know when Tiffany will next be featured, be sure to follow Tiffany on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter, where we always announce these appearances. Q When does the next Get Organized Challenge start?

Q How long does it take an item to return to stock?

A We work very hard to avoid product unavailability, but sometimes our organizers are a lot more popular than we expected! Depending on the item, it might be just a matter of days before it comes back, while other items could take months. Be sure to add yourself to the 'email me when back in stock' list for the product you're looking for and you'll be notified the moment it's back in stock. (You'll find this option on the product details page for any item that's currently out of stock.)

Q Do you offer free shipping?
