Warehouse news!

You asked, and we listened - we’re speeding up shipping! 

We know that delivery times have been an issue for our crafty community, so we’re installing a brand new packing system in our Global Distribution Hub. This means we’ll soon be able to process your orders and ship them from our UK warehouse faster and more efficiently than ever. Less time waiting for your crafty parcels to arrive and more time to get creative! 

While our team sets up this state-of-the-art new facility, we will be closing our warehouse from Monday, 5th to Sunday 11th June. Please bear with us while we get everything up and running to deliver the best service for you! 

Don’t worry you can still shop the Crafter’s Companion site as normal. There’s just a few things to remember… 

• Orders placed on or after Thursday, 1st June will be dispatched from Monday, 12th June.
• Tune in to Crafter’s TV at 9am ET/6am PT every day for a special Craft Your Stash show! Our craft experts will be showing you how to take a fresh look at your crafting collection to make something unique or try a new technique! 
• US crafters! We've got a week of shows just for you! Tune in every day at 1pm ET/10am PT from June 5th - 11th for a Stars & Stripes Special. Join the Crafter's TV team for a different creative theme every day. And everything ships from our US warehouse, so no extra delays! Look out for items marked with an orange label, as these ship from our US warehouse.
