Our stores are closing for a spell, but we’re still here to help you find crafting inspiration and make magical moments this winter!
Here’s what’s happening at Crafter’s Companion following the recently announced lockdown in England, in place from Thursday 5th November:
• Don’t worry, you can continue to shop online and receive your orders as usual! We have put all appropriate safety measures in place to ensure that our warehouses can stay up and running
• We’ll still see you everyday as Crafter’s TV shows will continue to run daily, with proper safety measures in place
• Our Chesterfield, Evesham and Boundary Mill Colne stores will temporarily close their doors during the lockdown as we follow the government’s advice, but we hope to be open again as soon as possible!
• In the meantime, if you need us we’ll be right here. Our customer service team is on hand to help with any queries and you can also contact us via our social channels, so don’t forget to stay in touch!
We hope that you all take care, stay safe and look forward to welcoming you back to our stores very soon!
Love, Crafter’s Companion

Hi everyone.
During this strange and uncertain time, I've been thinking about you a lot - our customers, our employees and our wider community. I know that the current climate is a little bit turbulent, and that you're probably doing your best to keep calm and carry on while looking after yourself, friends and family.
I'm also totally aware that crafting is a huge source of entertainment and relaxation for many of our customers, especially during these circumstances, so I was keen to reach out to you all and let you know how Crafter's Companion is responding to this unprecedented situation.
Safety is my highest priority and will be for the foreseeable future - for all of our customers, employees and partners. We are diligently following the guidance from Public Health England and the World Health Organisation, maintaining the highest possible hygiene standards. We've also cancelled all external meetings and non-essential travel, both nationally and internationally.
Of course, we are taking extra measures in HQ to ensure that any employee with symptoms related to the virus will immediately isolate at home too. I take comfort in knowing that I have a hard-working staff force behind the business and they are following all procedures to reduce the risk of this virus spreading.
We are also putting measures in place to ensure that our Crafter's TV shows continue to run as scheduled, so you don't have to miss a minute of entertaining, educational and inspiring shows, as well as the social interaction that comes with the live chats. We have, however, decided to pause the running of classes, workshops and demonstrations in our stores and via our retail partners until further notice.
My wonderful employees are also working tirelessly to ensure that the products you love are making their way to you and being delivered in the safest way possible. I've received reassurance that the virus can't be spread by parcels distributed from our warehouse, so you will still be able to order from Crafter's Companion without needing to worry.
On a personal level, I know that this is an incredibly challenging time for all of us, and it is vital that we work together to minimise the impact of this virus. It's more important now than ever before to lift each other's spirits, be kind to others and follow best practice.
Thank you for being so loyal to Crafter's Companion and standing by us in such a difficult time.
We will be adapting as the situation changes, but please look after your own health and wellbeing, and that of others.
Sara Davies
