Christmas Delivery

Guaranteed arrival by Christmas:

• Orders placed by Fri Dec 12th will arrive in time for Christmas. Orders placed after that will ship according to our normal dispatch times, so may arrive after Christmas.

• 25th Dec - 28th Dec: closed
  
• 29th Dec - 31st Dec: 3:30am ET - 17am ET
  
• 2nd Jan:  3:30am ET - 11am ET
  

We are unable to send parcels to any PO BOX addresses.

Once your order has reached packing stage (Processing Order), we are unable to amend it prior to dispatch. This includes the cancellation of orders.

Customers wishing to place orders shipping to the UK should order from the crafterscompanion.co.uk website. 

Customers wishing to place orders shipping to Europe should order from the crafterscompanion.eu website.

Please note: 

Important notice: In periods of high order volume, orders may not be able to be shipped on a next working day basis, although every effort will be made to do so.

We are currently unable to send any aerosols (including our sprays) to the US, the Canary Islands, Gibraltar, Malta and Iceland.

In the event that we are unable to fulfil any items from our clearance section a refund will be issued but no notification email will be sent.
