What happens to my Loyalty Points at the end of each year?

If you move up a Membership Band during the year, you’ll stay on that Band until the end of the current calendar year and for the duration of the following year – unless you advance to the next Membership Band during that time.

From January 1st of the following year, your Loyalty Points will return to zero, but you will remain on the Membership Band which corresponds with the points you collected during the previous year. You will then be building up points to determine your Membership Band for the following year or to reach a higher band in this calendar year.

If you do not collect enough Loyalty Points during the previous year to maintain your current Membership Band, then you will only drop by one Banding, regardless of how many points you collected.

I’ve just reached my next loyalty level – when will it show on my account?

If you reach the threshold of a new Membership Band when placing an online order, your new membership band will show in your online account straight away. If you have reached the threshold of a new Membership Band by placing shopping in store, your membership band will show on your account the next day.

Do I have to pay to join Club Inspire?

No – joining Club Inspire is absolutely FREE!

How do I earn points?

You earn one Loyalty Point for every £1 you spend on our website or in our stores. Sometimes, we’ll also offer extra Loyalty Points for purchases and we’ll send you an email to let you know when that happens.
