The ultimate crafting experience is heading stateside with Craftaganza! Join us in Dallas, TX for two unforgettable days. Ten expert-led classes, hands-on projects and endless inspiration. Learn from our expert crafters and share the experience with fellow makers.

Led by our team of expert crafters, each class will be packed with tips, techniques, and step-by-step projects. Whether you’ve just started crafting or have been for years, this is your chance to learn directly from the best in the business.

And it’s more than just classes, you’ll be surrounded by crafters just like you sharing inspiration, ideas, and a whole lot of fun. Walk away with new skills, completed projects, and memories of a truly creative experience.

Join us for two days of crafting, learning and laughter at Craftaganza in Dallas, TX.
We have chosen two options to help make travel easier on you - one over the weekend, and one during the week.

Tuesday 21st – Wednesday 22nd April 2026

We recommend you arrive the night before the event starts, and plan to leave after 8pm local time the day the event ends (or the morning after).
The event is for crafters of any skill level aged 18 years or older, and we will be making a variety of projects featuring our products. Each event will have exactly the same classes, teachers, and activities. Space is limited to 200 crafters. All events will be accessible to attendees who need wheelchairs or mobility scooters, but we do ask that you reach out to us ahead of time to let us know. As space is limited, every attendee must have purchased a ticket. Should you need a carer to attend with you, please get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help make arrangements.
Your ticket includes:
  • TEN crafty classes over the course of two days, taught by our amazing team
  • Lunch each day of the event
  • Light refreshments throughout each day
  • An evening activity session
  • Access to an exclusive pop-up shop on site
  • Chances to win prizes and swag throughout the event
  • Dedicated email inbox to ask questions and get help ahead of the event

  • A collectible lanyard, with space for your name tag at the event
  • Five livestreamed Q&A sessions (one per month ahead of the event, from November 2025 - March 2026)
  • Most importantly… the chance to meet and spend one-on-one time not only with our team, but with other Crafter’s Companion fans! You will be able to relax, chat, and get to know everyone - and we can’t wait to get to know you!
Your ticket to the event does not include:
  • Any travel and accommodation costs (please note: we have arranged a block of rooms at a discounted rate, contact Ebeling Travel Adventures for more information)
  • Breakfast and dinner each day of the event
  • Products used in the classes (the projects you create are yours to keep)
  • Any purchases at the pop-up shop

  • Tickets are $625, and you can pay all at once, or using Paypal Pay in 3 if that is available to you. You must have a Paypal account to use that service, more information can be found here on our website.

    We’re also thrilled to partner with Michael and Karen Ebeling, a Florida based travel planning team, who will help you book your flight(s) and hotel room. Find more information here.
    • 6+ months from event: Prior to 17th October 2025 tickets will be fully refunded.
    • 3- 6 months prior to event: Cancellations made between 18th October 2025 - 17th January 2026 will be partially refunded (we will refund 50% of the ticket price, and if we are able to re-book your spot will will refund the other 50%)
    • Less than 3 months from event: Any cancellations made from 18th January 2026 will not be refunded
    You will get a confirmation email from us, with a digital ticket you can download and print if you want! You’ll also receive a link to join our exclusive Facebook community (either the US or UK group, depending on your location). Moving forward, we’ll be in touch regularly with updates, more class information, top tips, and more. We expect to send at least one email per month until mid-March, when you will then hear from us once per week leading up to the event in mid-April.     Yes! In the event of a sellout for a particular date, a waiting list will be started on a first come, first served basis. The waiting list will open once a date is no longer available to purchase (it will say SOLD OUT on the website. To get your name on the waiting list, you can email craftaganza@crafterscompanion.co.uk and ask to be added to the list. If a space opens up, we will reach out to you! Note: be sure to include “Craftaganza Waiting List + the date/location of the event you want to attend” in the subject line of your email. The waiting list for each event will only open when the event has reached capacity.

    • Entries will be electronically time stamped, and will be saved in the order they are received.
    • If there is a cancellation, we will notify you via email and you will have 24 hours to respond before we move to the next name on the list.
    • If you accept the spot, payment arrangements must be made within 48 hours

    Craftaganza On Tour FAQs

    Classes will be taught by Leann Chivers, Debby Robinson, Debbie Fisher, Sheila Halliwell, and Ben Moseby. You’ll also see Sara Davies popping into classes throughout the event, plus we’ll have plenty of familiar faces from the Crafter’s Companion team on site as well.

    We recommend you arrive the night before the event starts, so you can wake up ready to craft with us the next day!
    We recommend you plan to depart the day after the event ends, so you don’t feel rushed on the second day. We are aiming to be finished by 8pm on Day 2, so if time is a concern you could depart late that evening.
    We will make every effort to accommodate your dietary needs, and will provide a form to fill out closer to the event.

    How to Get There

    By Car - The Sheraton DFW Airport Hotel is easily accessible by car, located just off Highway 114 (John Carpenter Freeway) in Irving, Texas. Driving from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport takes around 5–10 minutes, depending on traffic. For those travelling from Dallas city centre, the drive is approximately 25 minutes, and from Fort Worth, around 30 minutes.

    By Train - The nearest light rail service is the DFW Airport Station (Orange Line), which connects directly into downtown Dallas. From the station, you can take a short ride-share or hotel shuttle to reach the Sheraton DFW Airport Hotel.

    By Bus - Several DART bus services operate from DFW Airport to surrounding areas, connecting into the wider Dallas transit system. From the airport terminals, you can catch a bus to Irving and then transfer if needed, or use the light rail for a faster option. Once at the airport, the hotel shuttle provides a direct connection to the Sheraton DFW.

    By Plane - The Sheraton DFW Airport Hotel is located just minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport for guests’ convenience.
