It is your responsibility to reach out to our customer support team directly if you do not receive your link via email to make additional payments on time. As per GDPR guidelines, we will send your link to the email address used to purchase your initial partial payment. We recommend ensuring you have access to that email address prior to your initial purchase. We are not responsible for emails that are sent to spam, or inboxes you do not have access to. 

No, you can only pay an installment when the payment window opens, about three weeks before its due date. Once received, you can add it to your basket and check out on the site. 

It is your responsibility to ensure you can make your payments on time, according to our schedule. The payment option will not be available after the due date, and we reserve the right to cancel your ticket if not paid on time. Should you miss a payment date, you must reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible and they will determine if we are able to allow a late payment. 

Please note: if we are unable to process a late payment, any refund you are entitled to will follow our stated cancellation and refund policy for split payments (see below). 

• 6+ months from event: Prior to 30th October 2026  tickets will be fully refunded. 
• 3-6 months prior to event: As with our standard policy for Craftaganza tickets, cancellations made between 31st October 2026 - 29th January 2027 will receive a 50% refund. This means: cancellations of a split-payment ticket made between 31st October 2026 - 29th January 2027 will forfeit the initial payment of $249.66 (deposit) in full. If you have made the second payment (due 30th November 2026) of $249.66, we will refund an additional $124.84. If you have made your third payment, none will be refunded. 
• Less than 3 months from event: Any cancellations made from 30th January 2027 will not be refunded. 

PayPal Pay in 3 is an interest-free loan that lets you split your basket into 3 payments, with the first due at time of purchase and subsequent payments due every month on the same date. It’s a great way to spread the cost of larger items or to cover emergencies, and is a helpful tool to manage your budget more effectively. Pay in 3 is an unregulated credit agreement, so you will have fewer protections under this agreement than you would under a regulated credit agreement. Carefully consider whether the purchase is affordable and how you will make the repayments. However, we do share some data on your repayment history with Transunion. Yes, if your purchase is eligible for 3% cashback, it will apply to your Pay in 3 purchase in full. Once you make a Pay in 3 purchase in your cashback category, your cashback will be deposited as quickly as possible after the merchant processes your transaction. Timing will vary, but usually 0-30 days after your purchase. Your cashback will be applied to your PayPal balance and not your Pay in 3 balance.
