Monthly Makes is our creative inspiration for you each month, designed to spark ideas and new makes. We’ll share a prompt and you can play along, share your work, and see what others are making too!

Anyone can participate with our Monthly Makes prompts, and share their makes in our Facebook group, on social media, and/or adding them to our monthly gallery. Bonus points and entry into the year-end Grand Prize draw is restricted to those aged 18 years or older.

It’s easy! Simply upload your photo to the entry form. Your file should be either a .jpg or .png, and no larger than 2mb, and you will need include your name and email address on the electronic form

Each month’s prompts will run from the start of a month through the last day. Your submission must be uploaded by then.

You may enter as many times as you’d like each month. We only ask that all work be your own, and be made within the timeframe of the creative prompt.

Each month we will randomly choose five projects from the user submission gallery to receive 100 Club Inspire Bonus Points. One additional winner will be chosen by participants votes to receive 200 bonus points. At the end of the year all randomly chosen winners will go into a Grand Prize Draw (prize details will be shared at a later time).

While our primary goal is to inspire you to use your crafty goodies and inspire creativity, we ask that your projects contain no less than 75% Crafter’s Companion products, and that they are the main focus of your make.

Yes, we will share a new theme or prompt every month so be sure to check in with us! You’ll see it on our social media channels, via email, on our website, and on Crafter’s TV as well.

1. The Monthly Makes (“Promotion”) is organised by Crafter's Companion. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platform used to promote it.

2.  Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law. 

3. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. 

4. The Promotion opens each month by  8am GMT on the 5th day  and ends at 8am GMT on the 1st day of the following month. (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be considered for that month. 

5. To be considered for a prize you must submit an original photograph based on the theme. No AI-generated images. Must not infringe intellectual property rights. Must not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or inappropriate content. Must not include identifiable individuals without their consent. 

6. Five winners per month will be selected via random draw. One additional winner will be selected through a community voting process.

7. No cash alternative unless required by law. Prize is non-transferable. Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Bonus points will be added ot Club Inspire accounts within 30 days of notification of win. Grand Prize details will be shared by 15th Sep 2026. 

8. Winner Notification Winner(s) will be notified within 10 days of close of promotion via: email. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

9. By entering, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to: Use, reproduce, publish, display, and share the submitted image for marketing and promotional purposes across digital, social, print, and advertising channels. Entrants retain copyright in their images. 

10. Personal data will be processed in accordance with: UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 and applicable US privacy laws (including CCPA where applicable). Data will be used solely for administration of the Promotion unless consent is given for marketing. See full Privacy Policy on our website. 

11. The Promoter is not responsible for: Technical failures including lost, delayed, or incomplete entries; platform outages; unauthorized human intervention. To the extent permitted by law, Promoter shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these rules excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. 

12. Promoter reserves the right to: Disqualify entrants who breach these rules; cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if necessary; verify eligibility of winners 

13. This promotion is governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK
