Looking back at Craftaganza 2026!

Last year’s Craftaganza was filled with everything we love about crafting. Creativity, laughter, learning new techniques and, most importantly, lots of lovely people coming together to enjoy their shared love of crafting.
From the moment everyone arrived, there was such a brilliant atmosphere. Straight away everyone was chatting, swapping ideas and getting to know the people in their group, and it was wonderful to see new friendships forming throughout the weekend.
For some, Craftaganza was a chance to catch up with crafty friends they already knew. For others, it was their first time crafting and an opportunity to meet people who share the same passion for making as them. By the end of the weekend, there were plenty of friend requests exchanged, photos taken and plans being made to craft together again.
The classes were the real highlight of the weekend, giving everyone the chance to get crafty, hands-on and enjoy trying different projects and techniques. We think there’s something lovely about learning in a room full of other crafters. You can pick up a new technique, share ideas with the person next to you and see how everyone puts their own spin on the same project!
And there’s plenty more of that to look forward to next year, including more technique based classes with Leann, where you’ll be able to learn techniques, pick up handy hints and tips and enjoy creating together.
In between classes, there was also plenty of time for a browse around the Craftaganza pop-up shop. Whether it was stocking up on essentials, discovering something new or spotting a bargain that was simply too good to leave behind, lots of you headed home with your craft bags a little fuller than when they arrived.
Throughout the weekend, you were able to meet and chat with members of the Crafter’s Companion team, ask questions, share projects and simply enjoy talking about all things craft. For us, being able to meet so many of our crafting community face-to-face is always incredibly special.
Once all the crafting was done for the day, the fun definitely didn’t stop. The evenings were all about fun, chatting and enjoying time together. After a full day of crafting, it was the perfect opportunity to have a laugh, get to know everyone a little better and make even more memories. But before we knew it, projects were being packed away, shopping bags were being squeezed into suitcases and everyone was saying their goodbyes. But thankfully, we get to do it all again…
We’re already looking forward to next year’s Craftaganza and another weekend filled with crafting, classes, shopping, entertainment and plenty of time spent with our wonderful crafting community. If you came along last year, we’d love to welcome you back.
And if you’re sitting at home thinking “I wish I was there” perhaps 2027 is the year for you to join us!
