We are unable to send parcels to any PO BOX addresses.
Once your order has reached packing stage (Processing Order), we are unable to amend it prior to dispatch. This includes the cancellation of orders.
Please note that some orders may arrive in multiple parcels. Our inventory is spread across four warehouses throughout the US, which can occasionally result in separate shipments. You'll receive individual shipping confirmation emails with tracking information for each parcel, so you can follow your deliveries every step of the way.
If your order is split across shipments, it may be marked as complete once the first parcel is dispatched. Rest assured that any remaining items will still be on their way to you in a separate shipment.
Should you receive an email stating "The last items in your order are on the way. Track your shipment to see the delivery status." before all of your items have been dispatched, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to look into this for you.

Please note we no longer ship directly to the EU.

Important notice: In periods of high order volume, orders may not be able to be shipped on a next working day basis, although every effort will be made to do so.
We are currently unable to send any aerosols (including our sprays) to the US, the Canary Islands, Gibraltar, Malta and Iceland.
In the event that we are unable to fulfil any items from our clearance section a refund will be issued but no notification email will be sent.
