As you may be aware our birthday orders have been affected by the recent severe weather conditions in China, and will not arrive in time for our launches. At this time we believe our stock is on course to land at the port in California on 28th October. From there, it will need to clear customs and be shipped to our warehouses across the US. With this timeline we anticipate shipping your birthday orders starting the week of November 10th.

We’re committed to keeping you informed every step of the way, so we will email you each time our products complete a portion of their journey - when they arrive at port, when they clear customs, when they’re loaded on trucks bound for our warehouses, when they’re being unpacked, and finally when they enter the picking and shipping process.
