The newest addition to the family - introducing the Gemini Midi

Goldilocks herself would be pleased with this perfectly sized product that's not too big, not too small, but absolutely just right! Find your happy medium with the latest sibling to join the family - the brand new Gemini Midi!

A true middle child, the Midi sits at the centre of the family tree, larger than the Mini and the Go and smaller than the original Gemini. In fact, it's the manually powered twin to the Gemini Junior, with a platform size of 6" x 9" making it the ideal addition to any craft room!

What's different about the Gemini Midi?

The Gemini Midi is only our second manually-powered machine, the sequel to the popular Gemini Mini, so if you loved that pint-sized powerhouse, this is for you! Like the Mini, you don't need any batteries or electricity to power through those projects, just your own trusty craft power!

The Midi is perfect for both die-cutting beginners and those ready to take the next step
on their crafting journey with larger projects. And its compact and portable design makes it ideal for creating on the go, so if you're a more seasoned crafter, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for to take your makes on the move!

But don't let the Gemini Midi's lightweight look fool you! It has all of the power, precision and performance you would expect from any other Gemini machine. Each turn of the handle will roll the perfectly sized cutting plates through the machine, applying an even amount of pressure to the dies inside, giving you crisp and precise results every time.

Can you use regular dies with the Gemini Midi?

You sure can! The Midi's 6" x 9" die-cutting slot is incredibly versatile and can be used with metal dies, embossing folders and cut and embossing folders so there really is no limit to where your creativity can take you!

This portable powerhouse can cut through four layers of craft cotton, real leather and even craft metal so there really is no limit to where your creativity can take you! Of course it will make short work of thick cardstock, and the larger size means you can try out bigger and more detailed dies to get that first-class finish! Why not take a look at some of the makes below and see what takes your fancy?

Do you need special Gemini Midi accessories?

The Gemini Midi comes equipped with a Plastic Shim and a Plastic Folder so you can get started straight away! The folders are perfectly sized to fit the Midi and will turn your die-cutting experience into an absolute walk in the park! There's no need to worry about plates, simply flip the folder open, pop your dies and embossing folders inside and roll them through the machine for perfect and precise results every time.

If you're working with highly detailed or thin dies, then the Purple Plastic Shim is the fairy godmother you never knew you needed. This adds an extra layer to make the Plastic Folder that little bit thicker which will result in a more precise cut from your dies.

And if you're inspired to take your Gemini Midi away with your on your travels, whether you're off on an adventure or just popping down the road for a crafternoon with friends the Gemini Midi Storage Bag will help you travel in style! In a classic Crafter's Companion purple, this storage bag has enough space to house the Midi, plus all of the extra dies, stamps and folders you'll need.
