Waterfall Card Tutorial

Crafter’s Companion US team member Stephanie Severin shared a great tutorial over on their blog recently, and we wanted to share it here too! It’s all about making these gorgeous waterfall cards with your CD-ROMs.
Here is what Stephanie shared about making these:
Step 1
The first step is to print out the 3-page card design.
Step 2
Next, cut-out all of the pieces.
Step 3
I scored the card base using my Ultimate Pro, and then scored the waterfall card piece along the score lines.
Step 4
I then attached the tab of the waterfall to the polka dot panel using two eyelets and then attached the panel to the card front (so you don’t see the eyelets on the inside of the card).
Step 5
Punch a circle from the extra blue panel and attached to the end of the panel and then use a larger eyelet to add a ribbon pull (Note from Stephanie: I later realized that the curve of the circle was a bit too long and got caught as it tried to slide under the panel, so I trimmed it straight).
Step 6
Use strong adhesive to attach the picture you want on the bottom to the square panel. It might be easier to apply the adhesive on each of the little rectangles of the base and then attach the rest of the squares (positioned this direction, only the left half of each square is attached).
Step 7
After all were attached, cut another piece from the extra blue panel and attached it on the inside strip to stamp a sentiment (Sentimentals: Friends and Family stamp set used on the example). This will be visible when the waterfall is open.
